How long does it take before I can see samples of my logo?
3 business days are needed to create the initial concepts. After that the process moves pretty quickly with cooperation from the client.
How many changes may I ask for while designing my logo?
Until your satisfied. Our logos are created through a process and part of that process is revision. You will have plenty of opportunities to take as much or as little control of the look of your logo.
What is a logo revision?
After we send you the initial concepts you can give us feedback and we can change the logo based on that feedback. Common revision requests include color or font changes.
What if I don’t like any of the initial logo designs?
Then we will try again. However, each client fills out a creative brief that helps us to create their vision. If we have completely missed the mark then we may need to go back and revise the creative brief.
What if I have my own idea for the company logo?
We love your ideas, after all it’s your company. All of our clients fill out a creative brief thats asks them questions about their ideas for the logo. We believe that a great logo design is the result of a joint conversation about the design details.
Can you redo my existing company logo?
Yes. However, the process and pricing will be no different than our other logo packages.
Who keeps rights to the company logo design?
You maintain all rights to the final logo design. However we ask that we may use any sample or final materials in our portfolio or promotional materials. We also offer trademark and copyrighting services.
What if what your design is not what I want and I demand a refund?
We do not offer refunds. We believe that design is a process. Our prices are based on the process that we go through. However, we will do everything we can to make sure that your design is something you are proud of and satisfied with.
What file types will my logo come in?
You will be able to download all of the appropriate file types needed to use your logo for future design or printing services.
Do you print in house?
No. We are strictly a graphic design company, however we have established good relationships with several printers that offer a wide range of services.

Will I be able to edit my website?
Yes. All of our sites are built with a site manager that can be accessed online to make managing your site easy and convenient.
One of the first stages of building your website will be deciding what parts need to be editable. Typically you can change the content of individual pages, add pages, delete pages and manage online stores, blogs, photo galleries, or any other features that your website my have.
However, there are limits to design changes. For example you typically will not be able to change the colors, dimensions and layout graphics of your website.
Will I know how many people visit my site?
Yes. Not only will you know how many people visit your site, but you can know for how long, from where, and what they clicked on , as well as other information that will help you in decision making processes about your website and business.
Do you use current web standards?
Yes. We use current web standards and all of our web designs are completely CSS driven and standards compliant.
Billing
Accepted forms of Payment
We currently accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payments can be made over the phone. We also accept payments online for logo designs only.

Invoicing
An electronic copy of your invoice will be sent to your email when payment is required. We require payment in full before starting projects that have been estimated under $450.
Logo Payment
Full Payment for a logo is due before the process starts. The reciept and invoice will be emailed to you after filling out our creative brief online. The email will contain instructions to make a payment.
Print and Web Payment
We require 50% of the project price before the project starts and the rest upon completion. You can request a quote here.
