How long before I start to see my designs?
You will see mock-ups in 3 days and then start the revision process.
Can I speak with the designer in person?
Yes. Absolutely. Typically we call you after you fill out the creative brief and we welcome input throughout the creative process.
What if I hate the logo you create?
Then we will create a new one at no charge. We use the creative brief and direct communication with the designer to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.
When will I be charged the remaining balance?
30 days after paying the retainer.
